Global Volunteer – is volunteer internships abroad aimed to help local organizations to solve social problems. Through these projects, we are strengthening collaboration between people and creating a more stable and better future.

About AIESEC
What is AIESEC?
AIESEC is a global platform for young people to explore and develop their leadership potential. We are a non-political, independent, not-for-profit organization run by students and recent graduates of institutions of higher education. Its members are interested in world issues, leadership and management. AIESEC does not discriminate on the basis of ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion or national/social origin.
What does AIESEC do?
AIESEC creates the international exchange program and accompanying activities that give interns the opportunity to receive practical skills, developing leadership potential of young people through the organization of various projects, and provides an educational process for members and anyone who works with the organization.
Where is the organization represented?
AIESEC operates in more than 126 countries. In Ukraine we are represented in 17 cities.
Do I need to be a member of AIESEC to go for an internship?
No, membership in the organization and participation in internships are independent. Anyone can participate in AIESEC internship programs.
About Global Volunteer
What are the age requirements for participation in the internship?
Anyone can take part in the internship, whose age is between 18 and 30 years old.
Is it obligatory to be a student?
No, it's optional. The main thing is age from 18 to 30 years old.

What does the organization cover?
It depends on the project you've chosen, you will be provided with accommodation (in a dormitory, host family, etc.) and food (1-2 meals a day).
Will I receive a certificate of the internship participant?
Yes. After successful completion of the internship, each participant receives a certificate that proofs the completion of the Global Volunteer program.
What countries can I go to?
AIESEC has offices in more than 120 countries around the world. In order to provide you with the best experience, every season we select the best countries whose projects you can take part in. Check the current partner countries here.
Will I be paid?
No. The Global Volunteer internship is fully on a volunteer basis.
